Lack of Response exhibit
This case involved a patient who developed an abdominal infection because the doctor was either absent, unreachable, or non-communicative. The main argument this exhibit focuses on is the long stretch of time (55 hours) that the doctor was unresponsive. I had the the presentation move through that span of time, making it seem as long and arduous as possible.
This digital exhibit was, technically, not interactive. The attorney simply had to click and watch the events unfold chronologically, while communicating to the jury. Well, I guess that passes as interactive. It’s still a level of control, however small. I developed this in PowerPoint.
I learned that sometimes, simpler is better. Not every PowerPoint needs to have extensive controls or hotspots to click on. Sometimes, the argument can just speak for itself. However, I still took the liberty of adding illustrations to make the argument more visual.
