My experience in web and interactive design has led me to be proficient in consulting with clients, conceptualizing designs, and utilizing the best tools and skills to produce quality products.
I believe the most important step in the design process is understanding exactly what the client’s wants and needs are, and having the capacity to meet those and improve upon them for more efficient and effective results.
As an employee with the same design firm for 5 years, I took advantage of multiple avenues, training in multiple departments so that I could be involved in the entire process of exhibit production. I confidently approached and excelled as an imaging technician, an interactive designer, and production assistant. After a period of time, I consulted with attorneys directly, over the phone or face-to-face, absorbing input and contributing ideas that would help them argue their case more convincingly. In addition, the nature of litigation support encourages availability at all times. Attorneys are often pressured to wait to see if a case settles before investing money into an exhibit, which results in short deadlines and requires critical thinking and a cost-effective approach to every job. Out of these experiences, I’ve learned to thrive under pressure and meet all of the client’s expectations.
